1988 When the National Revival began, society began demanding that the church be returned to the faithful. In the same year the church tower was glazed and metal structures were reinforced.
The Banga factory committed to handing over the church building to the committee by 1993. as it was when it was taken over for production purposes. However, after the bankruptcy of the factory, the agreement was not fulfilled.
